While it's often not cost effective to perform a live auction in most circumstances, our online bidding platform (whether accessed via our website or directly through the app) offers a modern, convenient, and lucrative way to auction your items. Our highly vetted and trained researchers and marketing specialists can attract even the most elusive buyers and match them with the perfect item. We also have professional Real Estate Agents on staff to legally facilitate any land auctions and we have successfully sold homes and acreage at above the seller's minimum asking price in auctions.

1. Contact us via phone, text or email.

2. Have a few pics or a general description of your stuff.

3. Let’s meet and do a walk through.

4. We’ll give you a run down of our process and answer any questions you may have.

5. We’ll formulate a plan, select a date, and sign a contract.

6. The work begins. Our staff will set up the sale, line up the items, stage the pics, catalog the items and develop descriptions.

7. Once the catalog is complete and uploaded in our system, we publish it live on our bidding app, generally two weeks before the sale date.

8. We conduct specialized and targeted advertising. Our specialists send out email blasts, text and marketing notifications, and digital posts to generate interest and attract the buyers.

9. Bidding takes place online and gains momentum as it gets closer to the sale closing. There’s a count down clock on each item. 

10. On Sale day, whether it is exclusively an online sale or an online simulcast sale, the bidding closes out in an orderly and timely fashion. 

11. Invoices are emailed as soon as all items close and we begin the collection process.

12. Scheduled check out takes place based on pre determined days and times. Shipping items, if any, are packaged and weighed.

13. Reports are generated a week later.

14. You get paid!
