All bidders must be at least 18 years old, and provide current, valid identification to register.
Everything sells AS IS WHERE IS without warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. Buyer acknowledges that they had the opportunity to preview the items the Friday before the Auction and are aware of their condition. A 13% Buyers Premium will be added to the purchase price on all on-line bidders, and a 3% discount applies to all live bidders. 10% buyer’s premium will be added to the purchase price of all sales live. All payments must be paid in full (US Dollars) before 3pm on the Monday following the auction in cash, money order or by credit/debit card, unless special arrangements are made with Waddle Auctioneers.com, LLC. Failure to pay will result in a $25 per day per item late fee. If payment (including late fees) is not received 10 days post auction, vehicle will be forfeited, and you may lose the right to attend future auctions.
Sales tax, and buyer’s premium will be added to the purchase price of all items for public buyers. Vehicles will also be charged Government Fees (including license and registration fee). The above fees are posted on the website and in the office. It is your responsibility to review these fees prior to signing this agreement.
Proof of Valid insurance is required on motor vehicle purchases. All vehicles are sold subject to TT&L in accordance with Texas DMV regulations. Titles will be transferred from Waddle Automotive to the appropriate buyer by the Texas Department of Transportation through the US Mail. Any salvage titled vehicles are subject to 8.25% sales tax in accordance to state regulation, and titles may be issued on-site. Buyers will be notified when their license plates arrived, and they must be signed for on-site. The title will be transferred in the buyer’s name and address used on this buyer’s agreement at registration. There is a $100 fee to change names or addresses after title transfer process has begun at time of purchase.
Vehicles will be marked with the appropriate Vehicle Inspection Report (VIR) requirements needed to obtain the vehicles license plates and registration. To get your title, it is your responsibility to obtain the correct Vehicle Inspection Report for your residence county with in 7 days of the sale. If you fail to obtain the correct VIR within 7 days of the sale, the transaction will be processed as “Title Only” meaning that you will not receive license plates or registration. It will then be your responsibility to get the vehicle properly registered and pay the appropriate fees to obtain license plates and registration. You will not get a Buyer Tag (temporary plate) for vehicles without current inspection.
Removal:
No merchandise shall be removed until the conclusion of the Auction and must be accompanied by a paid auction invoice and gate pass to be shown to gate attendant to remove the merchandise from the lot. Waddle Auctioneers does not offer vehicle transport or shipping.

ALL purchased merchandise MUST be removed no later than 3 weeks post auction.
ANY merchandise not picked up by 6pm on the Monday post auction will be subject to a $5 per day storage fee.
The auctioneer and associates of Waddle Auctioneers.com, LLC reserve the right to bid on any item. The auctioneer will be the final authority in any and all disputes resulting from the sale of an item.
